How to create a Parisian Pamper Party

Ooh La La! What kind of party theme do older girls want to have? A pamper party of course! That’s exactly what Tahlia’s creative mum Viva created for her, inspired by Paris and beautiful florals.
You won’t believe the incredible details! Read on to find out all about it.

PARTY THEME

DECORATIONS AND STYLING

The centre point to the day was a low bohemian-style picnic table surrounded by soft rugs and fluffy cushions for guests to sit on. The table was set with lace tablecloths and centrepieces consisting of vintage pink candelabra and the most beautiful and fragrant fresh garden roses arrangements in all shades of pink, created by Winter in Bloom.
The guest-of-honour enjoyed sitting on her ‘throne’ for the day. A lovely vintage white wicker peacock chair, decorated with cascading balloons in pink with gold Eiffel tower foils.
The black, white and floral design of the ‘Paris Ooh La La’ suite by Annalise at Print & Party added the perfect personalised touch to the day. The personalised chocolates were a big hit with all the girls, while the custom water bottle labels and favour bag stickers completed the look.

FOOD SERVED:

The tea party was catered by Teavine House and consisted of mini sandwiches filled with chicken; egg and lettuce; and cucumber and cream cheese. Plus mini quiches and some yummy sweets which included pink cupcakes decorated with personalised toppers from Print & Party.

CAKE TABLE & SWEETS:

There was a small lolly buffet, set with sweets including fairy floss, musk sticks and delicious handmade lollipops by Lauren from Sweet Party Pops  and all pink, of course!
The theme colours of pink, black and white were used both for the tea party table and lolly buffet, with lots of pink poodles, Eiffel towers, pearls, flowers peeking from Chanel bags, and a gorgeous custom-made wooden name design by Melissa from MT Creations adding to the fun Parisian atmosphere!
We finished up with a beautiful pink frosted, strawberry cake decorated with fresh pink flowers. Created by Anna from There Must be Cake, and topped with a black Eiffel Tower topper by Emma from Strachan Creative

PARTY FAVOURS GIVEN TO GUESTS:

Each guest received a black and floral satin robe to wear for their pamper treatments. They also each received a vintage-style black hand mirror. As well as a gift bag containing a face mask, lip gloss, some sweets and a beautiful custom-made hair bow to match the theme, created by Jodie at Trendy E and Mumma G.

Tahlia loved spending a girly afternoon in the gardens with her BFFs, enjoying pampering and high tea – Parisian style!
